"Invalid token" or "Session expired"Your session expired. Log out and log in again. Tokens last 7 days.
Profile photo not uploadingMake sure the file is JPEG or PNG and under 5 MB in size.
Chat messages not sendingCheck your internet connection and try refreshing the page.
Cannot log in / forgot passwordUse the "Forgot password?" link on the login page to reset your password.
File upload keeps failingProfile photos max 5 MB, chat files max 10 MB. Only images are allowed for profile photos.
Can't find other usersMake sure other users have completed their profiles (added a name). Members with no name won't appear in Browse.
Notifications not workingAllow browser notifications when prompted. You can also check your browser's notification settings.
App not loading on mobileMake sure you have a stable internet connection. Try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

How do I create an account?
Go to the login page and click "Register." Enter a username, email, and password (minimum 6 characters). You'll be logged in automatically after registration.
How do I set up my profile?
After logging in, go to your Profile page. You can add your name, age, gender, bio, and a profile photo. A complete profile helps others get to know you.
How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot password?" on the login page. Enter your email, then follow the instructions to set a new password (minimum 6 characters).
Can I change my username?
Usernames are set at registration and cannot be changed. You can update your display name on the Profile page anytime.
How do I start a conversation?
Go to the Browse page and click "Message" on any member's card. This opens a chat where you can send messages, emojis, photos, and files.
Can I delete a message I sent?
Yes. Hover or tap your message in the chat and click the delete button. The message is removed for both you and the recipient.
Can I edit a message?
Yes. Hover or tap your message and click the edit button. Press Enter to confirm. An "(edited)" label will appear on the message.
Who can see my profile?
All registered users can see your profile (name, age, gender, bio, photo). Chat messages are private between you and the person you're talking to.
Is my password safe?
Yes. Passwords are encrypted using bcrypt and are never stored or shared in plain text.
Can I use the app on my phone?
Yes! The app is mobile-friendly and works in any browser. Just visit https://cebuspark.com on your phone.
How do I report a problem?
